With a view to spreading awareness about Total Joint Replacements, Shalby Hospitals organized a CME in Kathmandu, Nepal in association with Nepal Orthopedic Association on December 3, 2016. The venue was Hotel Royal Singi.

The CME covered topics like ” Recent Advances in Total Knee Arthroplasty and Modern Spine Surgery- A Digital Age Concept” Dr. Dhiraj Marothi, Senior Knee Replacement Surgeon and Dr. Vishal Bahuva , Spine Surgeon , Shalby Hospitals were the faculty. Dr. Deepak Mahara, President , Nepal Orthopedic Association graced the occasion. In All 45 leading doctors of Kathmandu attended the program.

Coinciding the CME ,a Free Medical Camp was also organized on 3rd and 4th December, 2016 in association with Terapanth Mahila Mandal at Jain Bhavan Kathmandu in which 140 patients suffering from joint related problems were screened and expert consultation provided.
