Shalby Centre for Liver Diseases & Transplantation organized a media meet on April 18, 2019 as a prelude to WORLD LIVER DAY on April 19, 2019.

The media meet was part of Shalby’s endeavor to spread awareness about liver diseases, its causes, prevention, treatment and transplantation to a large section of the society. Liver donors and recipients were also present on the occasion.

Dr Anand Khakhar, the renowned Liver Transplant Surgeon of India along with his team at Shalby Hospitals – Dr Bhavin Vasavada, Dr Hardik Patel, Hepatobiliary and Liver Transplant Surgeons and Dr. Bharat Gajjar, Director, OPD Services addressed the media and stressed on the importance and significance of Liver and Organ Donation.
