Dr. Misbah Kaderdina, a practicing gynaecologist in Mombasa in Kenya, brought her mother Mrs. Kulsoom Kaderdina for treatment to SG Shalby Hospital in Ahmedabad for her shoulder. Her mother had been suffering from shoulder pain for about six months causing compromised movement of arm and inability to lift objects.
Dr. Vijay Bang, Orthopedic Shoulder Surgeon at SG Shalby Hospital, Ahmedabad diagnosed it as frozen shoulder and began treatment followed by physiotherapy.
