Flexible Business Models:

1. Franchise Owned Shalby Operated (FOSO):

   The ideal partner for us will be a real estate owner/hospital owner/doctor who will be responsible for setting-up the Hospital as per Shalby defined criteria and Shalby will be responsible for running operations and management of the franchise.

   Shalby will bear the overall responsibility for medical facilities, taking care of Operational and capital expenditure & collecting the revenue. Shalby will be responsible for operating managing the hospital by providing its expertise & guidance.

2. Franchise Owned Shalby Managed (FOSM):

   The ideal owner/hospital owner / doctor who will be responsible for establishing the franchise as per Shalby defined criteria and run the operations according to Shalby protocols. In such operations Shalby would be joining hands in centre success by extending advisory & managing expertise.

   Franchisee will bear the overall responsibility for setting-up infrastructure, medical facilities, taking care of Operational and capital expenditure, collecting the revenue. Shalby will be responsible for managing the hospital by providing its expertise, guidance.

   Shalby will help deliver operational service excellence with its team. Provide help with procurement assistance, training and L&D for team, doctor credentialing, recruitment and training. Provide Shalby Hospital Information System and Lab Information System to operate the facility.
