To spread knowledge about the significance of critical care services in the multispecialty sphere, Shalby Multispecialty Hospital organised ShalbyCon- a national critical care conference on 3rd and 4th June at Taj Skyline Hotel, Ahmedabad.

The objective of the conference was to create a unique platform for healthcare professionals to come together, network with renowned experts in critical care and other specialties for the exchange of knowledge and developments in the field of critical care.

The conference was organised in association with ISCCM (Indian Society of Critical Care Medicine) & APA (Association of Physicians of Ahmedabad). The participants got an opportunity to learn about the latest treatment modalities, thereby helping medical academic enthusiasts & professionals to remain in sync with innovative medical advancements.

Over 400+ delegates from across India participated in this conference. Speakers and panellists included senior doctors from a number of multispecialty hospitals from across the country. Attending speakers and panellists included expert doctors from Medanta Hospital – Delhi, IMSCCM – Ranchi, Hinduja Hospital – Mumbai, Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital – Mumbai, Global Hospital – Mumbai, etc.

This conference was preceded by Interactive Critical Care Workshops and case discussions on 2nd June 2023; at Shalby’s three hospitals in Ahmedabad that included ICU Infection Course (SG), Mechanical Ventilation Course (Krishna Shalby Hospital, Bopal) & Airway Course (Shalby Hospital, Naroda) to further provide access to seamless techniques for Comprehensive emergency care solutions.
