- Planning activities for employee engagement and executing them

- Checking the online ratings of appraisal forms for all employees of unit
- Forwarding the report to Unit HR head
- Issuing increment letters after recieving final appraisal report
- Preparing indicators from predetermined parameters and sending it to the quality department
- Preparing monthly presentation for HR review
- Coordinating in employee motivation survey
- Other Generalist responsibilities
- Creating awareness about the activities by floating mails
- Taking regular rounds in the hospital for monitoring discipline, dress code , creating rapport with other departments etc
