- 2004 - Incorporated as Shalby Hospital Private Limited at Ahmedabad as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956
Witnessed revenue growth 100 times in 10 years. 
- 2007 - Established First Flagship Multispecialty hospital in the heart of Ahmedabad on SG Highway with 201 beds capacity. 
- 2012 - Acquired Krishna Hospital, Ahmedabad with 220 beds and renamed Krishna Shalby
Further expanded in South Gujarat with one of the largest corporate hospitals in Vapi with 146 beds 
- 2015 - Footprints grew in Central and North India by establishing Hospital in Indore (243 beds), Jabalpur (233 beds) and Mohali (145 beds) to service patients’ needs. 
- 2017 - Went public with an IPO and registered on both premier stock exchanges i. e. NSE and BSEEstablished Shalby Hospital at Jaipur (237 beds), Surat (243 beds), Naroda Shalby in Ahmedabad (267 beds) and Zynova Shalby in Mumbai (150 beds)Capacity grew to 2000+ beds (10 times in 10 years) 
- 2018 - Shalby reached the milestone of having performed over 1,00,000 joint replacement surgeries 
- 2021 - Forayed into medical devices business by acquiring Knee and Hip Implants manufacturing assets from Consensus Orthopedics in Californica, USA With this Shalby became the only vertically integrated hospital player in Orthopedics
 Introduced asset light business model under Shalby Orthopedics Centre of Excellence (SOCE) brand for Orthopedics branch and opened first SOCE center in Udaipur.
 
- 2022 - Received License to import knee and Hip implants in India.Established Second SOCE in Lucknow 
- 2023 - Received License to sell knee and Hip implants in Indonesia.Established Third SOCE in Gwalior
