Dr. Rameshchandra Vaidya is from Indore in Madhya Pradesh. He had undergone joint replacement surgery by world-renowned joint replacement surgeon Dr. Vikram Shah at Shalby Hospitals Ahmedabad last month.
He says he had chosen Dr. Shah as he knows that he is the best joint replacement surgeon in the country. However, after about 15 days of his surgery, he started having a fever. Fearing it might have something to do with his surgery, he rushed to Ahmedabad.
After thorough investigations, Dr. Vikram Shah said his problem was not related to his surgery and was because of kidney disease, and advised him to consult Dr. Pankaj Shah, Senior Nephrologist at Shalby Hospitals Ahmedabad. Dr. Shah reassured him that his kidney disease was reversible and that he need not worry.
Dr. Vaidya’s creatinine was 2.6 when he started Dr. Pankaj Shah’s treatment. Within 3 days it came down to 1.5. After a stay of five days, he is feeling well now and is ready to go home. As he shares his experience, he is full of appreciation for Dr Vikram Shah, Dr Pankaj Shah and Shalby Hospitals Ahmedabad for excellent treatment and care he received here.
