Job Description -
  • Recruitment 
  • Posting of jobs on various portals like Naukri.com, LinkIn etc
  • Scheduling of interviews for prospects
  • Shortlisting suitable candidates from the interviews
  • Negotiation with the candidates
  • Document collection from candidates
  • Sanctioning offer letter to the selected candidates
  • Coordinating with the campus recruitment process
  • Joining Formalities
  • Briefing the new joinees with the policies, procedures, code of conduct of the organisation
  • Document verification of the candidates hired
  • Ensuring proper onboarding of employees
  • Ensuring proper coordination of interviews.
  • HRMS entry of new joinees Employee code generation
  • Preparation of letters like appointment letter, increment letter etc
  • Since the joining of candidate Getting e-mail id created for employee, handing over of CUG card Providing uniforms in the case of nursing recruitment
  • Coordinating for all employees of the unit
  • Employee Engagement Activity
  • Planning activities for employee engagement and executing them
  • Celebrating days like nursing day, doctors day, Shalby day
  • Performance Management System
  • Checking the online ratings of appraisal forms for all employees of unit
  • Forwarding the report to Unit HR head
  • Issuing increment letters after recieving final appraisal report
  • Preparing indicators from predetermined parameters and sending it to the quality department
  • Preparing monthly presentation for HR review
  • Coordinating in employee motivation survey
  • Other Generalist responsibilities
  • Creating awareness about the activities by floating mails
  • Taking regular rounds in the hospital for monitoring discipline, dress code , creating rapport with other departments etc
  • HRMS: Grievance handling and resolving daily issues
  • Resolving employee issues on a daily basis
  • Exit Formalities
  • Issuing relieving and experience letters
  • Payment clearance of employees
  • Collecting CUG card, laptop from the leaving employee
