Dr. Vikram Shah is the Founder, Chairman and the Managing
Director of Shalby Hospitals, Ahmedabad. An orthopaedic surgeon
by profession, he focussed his efforts only on Joint
Replacement Surgery from the beginning of his career.
To achieve this, he took training from leading joint replacement
centres of Europe and the USA in the early
nineties. He returned to India and set up the ‘Shalby Orthopaedic
and Research Centre’ at Ahmedabad in March
1994. Since then he had mastered his skills in
joint replacement surgeries, created and built a team of healthcare professionals,
established two hospitals and conducted numerous out patient services
across India and in Nairobi, Kenya. |
